South-end could mirror north-end

Dear Editor:

Have the mayor and councillors been down to see how popular the water slide/trampoline/bouncing areas/climbing ropes, etc. are on the starboard side of the Sicamous?

The young people are going non-stop on the equipment and loving it. This is real physical activity as opposed to gentle sliding.

The owner employs about seven college-aged employees. They pack it all up in the fall and take it away into storage.

This could be done so easily at the Skaha end of the lake and it could be set up in a safe area inside the white safety markers and west of the recently leased land. Again all the slides, etc. would be taken into storage.

Take a good look at it.
