Plot ‘sickens’ with council

Dear Editor:

Now that the Penticton Mayor and Council have negotiated a very generous deal with the Penticton Indian Band (again behind closed doors) that will give the band $160,000 and $200,000 annually just  as a good will gesture, we trust that the archeological study requested by the band on Skaha Lake Park, will still be performed by an independent body and will not be be forgotten or completed in the near future to the satisfaction of the mayor.

Enough said.

The plot sickens, you be the judge.
