Dear Editor:
I’ve seen the future of Penticton, and it must be for the younger generation, not for the pleasure of walking my dog, or keeping Penticton a quiet town.
Downtown Penticton looks almost the same today as it looked in 1963 but with old store fronts, cash loan shops, pawn shops, second hand stores and empty lots, very few that have been renovated over the years.
So I retract my letter suggesting a recall for the council. Skaha Marina will be a great investment for Penticton, and everyone will benefit unlike all the empty lots on Skaha Lake Road that have been the same since 1965.
